Has any southern members on here ever bought trees from Bolu Tree Nursery in Georgia ? https://www.bolutrees.com/ . I just placed a small order for a few Nutall Oak seedlings @ $3.99 each , for a early March delivery to try (I'm in Virginia zone 7) Prices and shipping seem reasonable and they have Apples, Pears and Crabapples trees as well for $25.00 . Their Clyde's Christmas pear that drops in NOV-DEC is interesting , and a Bodner Pear that drops Dec-Jan looks good....but that's sold out already. No mention of disease resistance in any of the write ups though. Depending on the Feedback I get , I may try a couple pears and apples next year if I have room.
