I don't think I've ever seen one like that. Those bevels are wild. All the ones I find come to an edge from both sides.
I spoke to my nephew the other day about looking for arrowheads. He was out turkey hunting this afternoon and found this. He’s going to clean it up, measure it and send me a few more pics. Can any of you provide any information on this style? Age? Based on the video he sent me I think it’s 3-4” long. Thanks!
I posted the pictures to some fossil/bone experts and I'm told it's bison. It's not as cool as all the arrow heads you guys find but I still think it's neat.I could get on board with a bison tooth, Hillrunner. Any more intel? Nice points Hoyt! The snapped base maybe a stilwell? Here's a broken 1 I found yesterday, just showing it because it's our local Starved Rock banded chert, a really nice material.

Thanks!Congrats on the point Williams, looks like it is probably a Table Rock. I don't think your other piece is pottery, looks like it was ground and worked. Don't know what it was, broken gorget?
