I figured I Try the way I did after seeing some YouTube post On no till. My PH is @ 6.5 and I always throw a couple of bags of lime down every yr. To keep it that way. I seeded 3 plots and no growth in any of them. At $70 a bag I might as well buy 2 1/2 gallon of gly and roundup the plots...
I broadcasted some buckwheat two weeks ago into last yrs brassica and winter rye plots. After broadcasting the seeds we sprayed the fields with gly and as of today nothing is growing. I am in NE PA and there may not have been much rain in the last 2 weeks. Is there still hope something will grow.
I have the Tarter disc that I hook up to my 570 Polaris sisde by side and does a great job. It is a lot easier to use than the tractor disc that I had and sold

While I was in Agway the other day I checked out the Earthway Professional hand crank spreader & wasn't impressed with all the plastic components. Still waiting on delivery of he Solo that I ordered.

I coughed for two weeks and then went to the doctor and he felt a lump on my neck and I later learned I had tonsil cancer that had spread to my lymph nodes. That was four years ago. go to the doctor.

I planted cave in rock switchgrass based on my conversation with the owner. I roundup the area where i planted in late fall and then broadcasted the seed in March still going strong after 4 years. Then if I recall in May I sprayed to kill the grass that was...
Later This week, I want to plant brassica and a radishes in two plots in NE PA and was advised at Agway that I didn't needed need any fertilizer at planting time based on my soil test that I had done in the spring. I was told just to put down urea after the plants are about 4 inches prior to...
