Do you know how to kill them? I've tried gly, 2-4d, Remedy, fire, and mowing. They always seem to come back the next spring. Cattle won't eat them, grass can't grow in them.

I was looking at Ark-Prime Freedom earlier today. I don't think they are seedless. Blackberries are invasive here, pastures get overtaken with them so I'm very hesitant to get something that might be a problem. Do you know if your varieties are seed producers?

Thinking of getting blackberries to replace some trees in the orchard that didn't come out of winter. Not interested in anything that has thorns or that will spread to the pastures. Any suggestions? I'm in South Central KS, zone 7a.
Or maybe suggest a different berry or shrub? I'm open to...

Horned cows can be bullies at the feed trough. These two haven't been a problem and I hope they stay that way, but they certainly can be an issue.
It'd be nice. I've got one apple tree that only produces evey second yr that has more on it than it's ever had. Best tasting apple ever. Hope it does well!

Did a little exploring in the orchard. Lots of crabs, apples, and che. Only a few pears. I think a late freeze got them.
And of course a couple of pics of this magnificent beast. She loves to watch me run the pasture. Sometime if she's feeling upitty she buck and kick while running next...
They won't eat my turnip and radish bulbs, but they love radish tops. I can tell ya a field of rotting turnips smells horrible in the spring. Don't plant them up wind of the house...
What a day! Got up yesterday and ran 6. Then watched one of the healthiest cats I've ever seen hunt through my orchard and yard. Then had my Track teams get 1st and 3rd at League. Then got home to see the northern lights for the first time in my life. Great day!!!

It's ingrained in a lot of farmers to plant every inch. I've known guys to bulldoze tree rows clean at the cost of more than $20k. That new ground will NEVER pay itself off. They can't stand...
