I personally wouldn't do it... If you run across a like minded guy and get him to help with improvements, you bow hunt he gun hunts. That may be a workable deal, but you better be able to trust him!
I have a couple friends that I allow to hunt my place like it was theirs, they have the same...
I have a 6ft Land Pride, I don't recall the model number off hand but I went went the heavy duty version and have no regrets. I've reclaimed some pretty nasty stuff around our house and barn and Ive only managed to bend up the guards and put a few dents in the sides. I have a 40hp Kubota and its...
My first though was a rifle wound, this is the first year for them in our state. The more I thought about it the more I started to think cat because of the head/neck would, I feel like a rifle would have done more damage. Hoping to get more pictures of her to see how she heals.
Last fall I got a 10 sec. video of a nice bobcat on one of my trail cams on my food plot. First sign I have found of them being here even though I know better. Fast forward to January, I pull the card to find this doe with a huge gash in her face and what looks like claw marks on her back, side...
It just you, but I'm lucky to only have one idiot and his dogs to deal with. Nobody else lives on the surround ground, and I rarely see or here them. I feel like you will always have somebody to deal with no matter where you buy.

I'm planning a very similar build this spring under my deck. We have a walkout, and a 10x15 area of unused space there. Should work well!

We just got rifles legalized this year, so I borrowed a Rem 700 in .308 just in case I get the itch to kill one off the porch. I pretty much bow hunt all the time, with the exception of the first weekend of firearms.

Booties actually help with sliding your feet in the bag as the soles of your boots will tend to grab the liner material. That being said my HBS did not come with them and I haven't missed them. I will often times take off my boots when climbing in the bag so it's a mute point.

I own and live on 67 acres, and have roughly 3 acres in food plots currently. We lease 25 acres half if cut for hay the other is rotating corn and beans. Building cover is the next piece to my puzzle.

Best piece of hunting equipment I own! I start taking it on windy days in the 40's and it goes every hunt after that. I hate being cold! I have no issue getting in and out in my Lone Wolf Alpha which is the smallest stand I've hunted out of. I'd highly recommend one!

I've used both and while I don't know the science behind it, the cultipacker did produce a better plot. I would hazard to guess the ribs push the seed into the soil better.

I ran out of time to pull a sample, as I didn't actually plan on getting to this until after season. I have one of those cheap PH meters and it's pretty close when checked against a real soil test. The woods plot came out around 6.5 so I decided to roll the dice. This isn't my first plot, but it...
I finally had the time to clear an area in our woods last month to plant a fall kill plot. I didn't think to take a before picture, but the first picture is after one day with a saw and moving some brush.
I did all the clearing with an ax, chainsaw and my Kubota L4060. Took me 3 or 4 evening...
If a tractor isn't an option, if get the biggest UTV you can afford. I used my ATV (Yamaha 700) to pull my cultipacker this year and it worked it pretty hard.
