Like a lot of them, it may have been bought at a good price and now being resold.

I just put an email in to find out how long the seller has owned it.

10 miles North of the New Hampton Farm. 15 miles south of the Allendale Farm. 20 miles south of the Hatfield farm. So kind of in the middle of those 3

Believe this or not, but in the small town of Albany Missouri, right by this farm, is a huge city owned water park!
